How many people living in the earthquake line in Turkey?

Turkey population rise speed is 1.5 per cent and 83 million people living. This speed is slowed in the last years. Educated population, new hospitals etc. are raising effect to this speed. But there isn't an effect on the earthquake. What is the mean?

Turkey was creating an earthquake hazard map in 1945. It was the first. They didn't before Mostly every in 10 years Turkey changed these maps. Cause' they didn't add a few fault line or a city.

This is the last earthquake hazard map. Maps are was a change but the population rose. First hazard map area was over 158 thousand km2 but now 301thousand  km2 .

Also, almost 4 million people lived in the I.hazard area but now 40 million people living in this area. people are live dangerous zone but they don't care. Also, Governments do not enough warn people about the earthquake. For example, Istanbul had an earthquake. ıt was 5.7 magnitude. Telecommunication lines didn't work. Who has a relative in Istanbul wanted to call them but they didn't accomplish.it was only 5.7. But we are waiting for more than this. We shouldn't build any more in this area. Because hazard very close to us.
